SCHOLARSHIP AWARD APPLICATION

This application is for the fall 2008 and spring 2009 term(s) at USAO.  The various USAO alumni scholarships are merit awards based primarily on scholastic promise and achievement; although character, service and leadership potential are also considered.  Limited funds are available for these competitive scholarships.  Please complete this application and return it to the Alumni Office at Troutt Hall 126 by April 30, 2008.  Priority will be given to students who pre-enroll for fall 2008 and whose financial aid packages are complete.  Late applications will be subject to availability of funds. Scholarships require a minimum of a 2.5 G.P.A. and full-time enrollment (12 hrs.) for award consideration.
