Phyllis E. Hillery Scholarship
Wishing to help her alma mater, Phyllis Hillery established this scholarship for juniors or seniors. First preference is for a Native American. Secondary preference is for a biology or pre-physical therapy major.
Hillary is a 1949 graduate who majored in biology. She received a physical therapy degree in 1956 from Ohio State University and a master’s in allied health. She is a lifetime member of the USAO Alumni Association.
Her educational foundation started at OCW with excellent faculty encouraging her to do her best. Having been afforded the opportunity to accomplish her goals, she applied herself and continued to be of service until her retirement in Norman, Oklahoma. She enjoys playing golf.
