Student Organizations and Honor Societies
- American Sign Language (AMESLAN) Culture Club promotes better
understanding of American Sign Language and its use in the community.
AMESLAN meets once a month. Contact Ms.

- Kappa Delta Pi (KDP) is a national honor society for students in teacher education.
KDP meets with SNEA on the first Monday of every month. Contact
Dr. Jeanne Mather (206 Gary Hall) for more information.
- National Speech, Language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is open to all students
interested in communication disorders. Contact Ms.
Diane Holland, Director of the John Morris Speech and Hearing Clinic
(116 Gary Hall) for more information.

Student National Education Association (SNEA) advances the interests and welfare
of students preparing for a career in education. SNEA meets the first
Monday of every month at 12:00 noon in Gary Hall Lounge. Contact
