Men Top No. 8 OC, 66-65

OKLAHOMA CITY - When Oklahoma Christian’s Keith Harris was fouled by Jose Nava on a made
three-pointer with 31 seconds remaining, the home crowd went crazy, and it looked like USAO's upset
bid was over.

But Harris missed the free throw, and Marcus Hines’ driving layup put the University of Science and Arts
up 66-65 with 15 seconds to play.

On its final possession, OC turned to point guard Brady Page. Page had scored a game-high 25 points,
but his spinning jumper bounced off the side for the rim giving the Drovers the upset win.

Hines scored a team-high 21 points as USAO improved to 7-8 overall and 3-2 in the Sooner Athletic
Conference. Nava hit 6-of-9 for 13 points and pulled down 11 rebounds. J.J. Walsh was also a presence inside
scoring 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting. Avery Stevenson added 11 points including two key three-pointers that
stopped OC runs prior to halftime.

The Drovers have won three of their last four games including wins over two nationally ranked teams. The
team will travel to Shawnee on Thursday to take on 7-10 St. Gregory¹s before a showdown versus No. 4
Oklahoma Baptist on Saturday. OBU is 16-1 on the season. Both games tipoff at 8 p.m.
