Drovers Battle to Tie, Stay Undefeated

SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. – After 110 scoreless minutes, the University of Science and Arts had to settle for a 0-0 tie and its first blemish of the season at John Brown on Saturday.

Sophomore goalkeeper Shane Flanagan turned away six shots to post his fifth shutout of the season and his 10th of his career to help USAO stay undefeated at 6-0-1, 1-0-1. Without senior NeNe Coulibally, the Drovers have only managed three goals in its last two games – the fewest of the season over a two-game span.

Ranked No. 15 in the latest NAIA national poll, USAO has a week off before hosting Oklahoma Christian Saturday night at the Chickasha Sports Complex.
