Lewis and Clark Presentations December 7
Carving a canoe out of a tree are USAO students from the Return of Lewis and Clark class. The students are presenting life on the frontier through the eyes of early American travelers Meriwether Lewis and William Clark on Dec. 7 from 1-2:30 p.m. The annual Lewis and Clark exhibit, held in Nash Library on 17th Street, includes several presentations, such as tipi making, Native American jewelry and the final version of this handmade canoe. The presentation is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
