Sophomore Art Show Open Through February 28

 

Oilton sophomore Tina Dymond is one of several artists whose works are on display at the University of Science and Arts. The annual Exhibition of the Academic Review for art sophomores is still in full swing on the third floor of Davis Hall through Feb. 28. The exhibit is free and open to the public. The Third Floor Art Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mon.-Fri.

USAO Sets Fast Pace with 24-Hour Drama Feb. 24

CHICKASHA –  Is it possible to cast, costume and stage a play, all in one day? Students, faculty and staff at the University of Science and Arts will attempt the first-ever feat beginning Feb. 23. A public performance of the spontaneous show is open to the public Feb. 24 at 8 p.m. in the Davis Hall Little Theatre.

Chickasha Teacher, Artist Featured in USAO Exhibit

CHICKASHA – Chickasha High School art teacher Patricia Herrera Morgan understands overcoming adversity to come out on top. The 1999 graduate from the University of Science and Arts is debuting her solo exhibit at the USAO Art Gallery with “Soul Windows.”

USAO Nabs Tickets for Broadway Shows Starring David Hyde Pierce, Angela Lansbury

CHICKASHA – What do famous actors David Hyde Pierce and Angela Lansbury have in common? They’re each starring in runaway Broadway shows. As part of its annual spring New York City trip, the University of Science and Arts has secured tickets to “Curtains” starring Pierce and “Deuce” starring Lansbury, two of the hottest shows on Broadway.
