        Student Housing

• In order to provide the best opportunity for success of its students, it is the policy of USAO to require all full-time, first-year students to live on campus.

• To apply for on campus housing at USAO either at Lawson Court Apartments or Sparks Hall, fill out one of our online housing applications.  Please mail or fax your completed application to our address listed above.

        Resident Assistant

• RAs serve as a role model both academically and personally to residents in campus housing.

• RAs must maintain a 2.5 GPA and have resided in USAO campus housing for at least 2 trimesters.

• Services are available at no charge to all students.  Health Services will assist students in making appointments with dentists or medical specialists.  The cost for such medical services is the financial responsibility of the student.

• Over-the-counter medications and supplies are available at the discretion of the doctor.

• All college students are required to be immunized. You must send the health services forms and a copy of your immunization record OR proof of immunization.
