College Student Inventory

The College Student Inventory serves as a part of the Retention Management System by Noel-Levitz that has been implemented at USAO.  It consists of 100 items and identifies leading academic and effective indicators that lead to attrition.  The information obtained is crucial in determining at-risk students so they can get immediate intervention in specific problem areas identified by this instrument.

Learning Styles

The PEPS (Productivity Environmental Preference Survey) by Dunn, Dunn and Price is offered through the Academic Resource Center for students.  This thirty-minute survey provides a student with important information as to his or her own individual learning style.  A report is generated for the student that will provide them with information as to how they prefer to function, learn, concentrate and perform.  This information is beneficial because the student gains important tips to better their learning process.
