nominations. Rayan elected club President. Vice President:
Charlie nominated by Chris and seconded by Will. No other

Will nominated by Charlie and seconded by Chris. No other
nominations. Will elected Secretary. Senator: Chris
nominated by Will and seconded by Charlie. Also nominated for
Treasurer. Chris elected Senator and Treasurer.
Region VI YD Conference: February 4 - 6.
Speaking Engagement for Rep. Mike Mass rescheduled due to
snow.
Brain Drain for Doverstock and Campus Kitty: Possible
events; Apple Bob, Pie Throwing, Paintball, Caricatures,
Kissing Booth.

The meeting was called to order at 6:11 pm by President
Rayan Goderson, Acting Chair. Minutes were read and approved by
acclamation.

Election of officers for 1999: Pres. Godberson announced
that elections would be next week. The discussion was over
position responsibilities and unneccasary positions to be
eliminated.
Mrs. Eleanor Edmondson and Pres. Godberson announced a
luncheon for Friday at Eduardo's. The luncheon held is a State
Democratic Party tour to bring the elected state officials to
meet at the local level.
Announcements: Club booth at the Big Jam on Thursday.
