This scholarship is for students whose primary residence is outside of Oklahoma. Eligibility for transfer students will be considered based on their academic profile from all college transcripts. U.S. citizen, high school GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and 24+ ACT or SAT equivalent, admitted to USAO under regular admissions. |
2.75+ GPA, full-time enrollment each fall and spring. |
