USAO’s dining options offer a distinct flavor to your college experience. Enjoy a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Meal Plans and FLEX dollars can be used at any dining establishment on campus.
cafeteria
Located in the Student Center, the cafeteria offers signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Featuring a variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone's appetite, you will be able to enjoy delicious, hot, home-style entrees; fresh fruit and salads; freshly-baked pizza and pasta; deli choices served on fresh bread; homemade soups; ice cream and freshly-baked desserts; and new creations by our chef just for you!
dusty's
One of the most popular spots on campus, make sure to stop by Dusty's on the 2nd floor of the Student Center. Enjoy friends and great food late at night. Come enjoy some of your favorite foods, including burgers, grilled chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, quesadillas, sadwiches and wraps. We even have vegetarian options.
C-STORE
Stop by the C-Store, located in the Drover's Den in the Student Center, for all of your favorites from a convenience store, right here on campus.
daily grind
Located in the Lawson Court Clubhouse, The Daily Grind proudly serves Starbucks coffee. You can get your caffeine fix with a freshly-brewed coffee, hot espresso, ice-cold Frappuccino, delicious hot chocolate or warm Tazo teas. Grab a Simply To Go sandwich, salad, dessert or snack on your way to class.

$2,250/semester
19 meals per week that can be redeemed at the cafeteria or utilized as a meal exchange at any of our retail locations plus $250 flex dollars. Treat a friend must be present. Max 2 swipes per meal period.
$2,110/semester
14 meals per week for meal plan holder only. Can also be utilized as a meal exchange at both Dusty's and The Daily Grind. 15 Buddy passes that can be utilized in the cafeteria only. Plus $200 flex dollars for use in our retail locations. Max 1 swipe per meal period.
$1,905/semester
12 meals per week for meal plan holder only. Can also be utilized as a meal exchange at both Dusty's and The Daily Grind. 10 Buddy passes that can be utilized in the cafeteria only. Plus $200 flex points to be used at our retail locations. Max 1 swipe per meal period.
