Electronic transcripts are now available through the National Student Clearinghouse, for students who attended after 1990.

- Mailed official transcripts - $2.90
- Electronically delivered official transcripts - $5.40
- Refunds will not be considered. Please review your order to ensure accuracy.
Paper Transcripts
To request a physical official transcript or for unofficial copies, please download and complete the Official Transcript Request Form below. Once signed, the completed form can be submitted to registrar@usao.edu.
There’s no fee for transcripts requested with this form.

Archived Transcripts
If you attended before 1990, you will only be able to order an official mailed paper transcript; you will NOT be able to order an electronically delivered official transcript.
Processing your Order
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Transcripts will NOT be released if the student has a hold on his/her records.
Any transcript request submitted during holidays or breaks will be processed upon the University’s reopening. To view the academic calendar please click the link below.
